We offer comprehensive skills development service ensuring compliance with the Skills Development Act (97 of 1998) and the Skills Development Levies Act (9 of 1999). Most importantly, we assist in making business sense of the Skills Development Act and, in so doing, ensuring that skills development becomes strategically meaningful, benefitting companies and individuals whether employed or unemployed.   

Our skills development services are divided into two components: Project management of learning programmes and training. We manage and implement learning programmes in a form of learnerships, internships and work integrated learning, university and/or TVET placement. The sub services in learning programme management includes the following:

  • Discretionary grant application and management
  • Host Employment Sourcing
  • Recruitment and Selection of learners
  • Placement of learners on different learning programmes
  • Management and implementation of the learning programme (Learnership, Internship, Work integrated programme and Skills programme)
  • Grant disbursement (Learner stipends)
  • Monitoring and Evaluation

For many learners, bursary management organisations such as ours, bridges the gap between education and a meaningful career. At ZA Wit we are equipped to support your bursay fund by administering and managing the distribution of these funds to learners.
